The Journey
From first conversation to keys in hand.
Every project moves through four unhurried stages. They're designed to keep decisions clear, budgets calm, and the design intent intact from beginning to end.
01
2 – 4 weeks
Discovery
We meet at your site or in the studio. We spend real time with your brief — the way you live, the way you want to live, the constraints you're working with. We assess the site, review any council overlays, and prepare an honest feasibility snapshot before any design work begins.
- IncludedSite visit & briefing sessions
- IncludedFeasibility snapshot
- IncludedFee proposal & agreement
02
6 – 10 weeks
Concept Design
We test the brief against the site — plans, sections, massing, orientation. You'll see two or three considered options, presented in person. We refine one direction together, so the concept you sign off on is one you can already picture living in.
- IncludedTwo to three concept schemes
- Included3D massing & sketch views
- IncludedPreliminary cost benchmarking
03
3 – 6 months
Design Development & Approval
We resolve the design in detail — materials, joinery, structure, services — and prepare all documentation for council or a Complying Development Certificate. We liaise directly with certifiers, consultants and neighbours where needed to keep the process moving calmly.
- IncludedFull design development set
- IncludedConsultant coordination
- IncludedDA or CDC lodgement & follow-through
04
4 – 12 months on site
Documentation & Delivery
We produce the construction documentation, help you appoint a builder through a tender process, and stay closely involved on site through completion. Our detailing is precise, and our presence during construction is what keeps that detailing intact.
- IncludedConstruction documentation & specification
- IncludedBuilder tender & appointment
- IncludedContract administration & site reviews
