Two or three considered options, refined together into one direction.

Design development, documentation, and DA or CDC lodgement.

Builder tender, contract admin, and closely-held site involvement.

Our new-build and substantial-renovation projects generally start around $1.8M in construction cost, though the right number depends entirely on site, scope, and finish. We give you an honest feasibility snapshot in the first stage — before any design work — so budgets stay grounded in reality.
